Dean Student Success Research District Office
Oversees analyst team carrying out a wide variety of research efforts in analysis of student success, student satisfaction, program need, transfer success, graduate satisfaction, employer satisfaction, and institutional climate. This includes survey construction, development of survey instruments, design of research protocols and procedures, and dissemination of findings within Dallas College and to external stakeholders.
Dean, Academic Affairs-Nursing Brookhaven
Dallas College seeks a dynamic, visionary leader to play an important leadership role in the design, development, and launch of the seven new Dallas College academic schools (the Schools). The Schools are being created to drive and lead academic programing under the new Dallas College structure and to align academic programming with the work force and industry needs of our North Texas region. Reporting to the Vice Provost School of, the Dean of Academic Affairs will: 1. Provide strategic and operational leadership to the discipline in support to the Dallas Colleges strategic priorities. 2. Work to advance the quality and integrity of the discipline, providing strategic vision for current and future curriculum development, implementing processes and procedures to support accreditation processes; and overseeing the implementation and promotion of academic programs. 3. Lead the discipline programs towards achieving Dallas College goals by promoting the disciplines by enhancing external relationships provide community-centered leadership. 4. Collaborate with other Deans and Administrative offices on ideas for program development, external grants, and professional development opportunities. 5. Possess a strong commitment to institutional effectiveness, program performance management, and be able to use benchmark data to measure academic performances against best practices.

Responsible for providing an instructional program designed to assist teachers with developing skills in the preparation of effective learning (lesson) plans, presentation of content, classroom management, and school and community communications.
Senior Digital Editor/Writer (Grant Funded Position) LeCroy Center
Serves as a lead editor for assigned digital publications, including websites, daily news sites and email marketing campaigns. Performs administrative work to support the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of digital publications.
Senior Web Developer/Programmer (Grant Funded Position) LeCroy Center
A high level managerial position responsible for providing advanced and complex analysis, design, coding, development, testing, debugging, deployment, documentation and implementation of web-based applications to support the management of the location’s website operation and presence. Responsible for overseeing the technical operations and the programming/testing of applications for a large, complex web site. Works with project teams in the creation and/or maintenance of web pages to collectively enable website accessibility, ease of use and functionality. Acts as a technical resource person and supervises lower level staff. Designs, implements, and tests web applications as well as test data-driven pages requiring a high degree of analysis derived from an advanced knowledge in web development and programming.

Dean, Curriculum, Assessment and Portfolio Management LeCroy Center
Dallas College is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative leader with a proven track record of enhancing academic quality, leadership excellence, diversity, equity and inclusion, and student success in a dynamic higher education environment. The Dean, Curriculum, Assessment and Portfolio Management 1. Provides oversight, alignment and strategic direction for curriculum management and assessment for Dallas College. 2. Leads the portfolio management team responsible for program review and strategic analysis of the College’s curricular portfolio—guiding new program recommendations, program realignments, and program closures. 3. Leads the College’s academic assessment efforts—ensuring alignment across curriculum and programs. 4. Under the guidance of the Provost and Vice Provosts, assists in communicating, framing and facilitating curricular charges that support the needs of business and industry and the social and economic mobility of Dallas College students. 5. Provides oversight for the catalog 6. Ensures system and operational efficiencies in support of the Schools of Dallas College and the Office of Workforce and Advancement. 7. Oversees a team of curriculum and assessment liaisons who engage with School Vice Provosts, Deans, and faculty to ensure that curriculum management and assessment functions are executed seamlessly and efficiently. Additional responsibilities include assisting and advising the Provost in matters pertaining to professional and technical education, and actively engaging with community and employer partners for the purpose of creating new partnerships, responsive programs, and revenue opportunities.
Assistant Director, Scheduling Strategic Analytics District Office
The strategic analytics assistant director will investigate and unpack the nuances of the schedule and inform the direction and practices to refine the student centric scheduling efforts. It is expected this individual hold strong talents in formulating research questions, data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis that can be applied to better understanding and improving scheduling at Dallas College. Understanding the challenges faced by higher educational institutions is preferred and should inform the framework of the student centric scheduling. This position will collaborate across departments such as institutional research and student services and establish regular reporting findings.
Assistant Director, Data Management and Quality Control District Office
The academic schedule team collects and processes very large data sets from a variety of sources and must implement intentional quality assurance measures. This role will oversee a team of schedule and room builders to ensure that schedules are created efficiently, comprehensively, and accurately. This wil be achieved by designing and rolling out clear processes for the build team, implementing a quality assurance system to catch and rectify errors before schedule publication, and will serve as the final approver and coordinator of the schedule build process. Talent in data collection and review is necessary and key to the success of the team
Assistive Technology Specialist Bill J. Priest
Serves as a resource in the area of assistive technology to faculty, staff and students; coordinates the evaluation, installation and ongoing maintenance of assistive technology devices; oversees the conversion of instructional materials into alternative media formats. Performs a variety of technical tasks related to adaptive computing needs on a variety of hardware and software platforms, evaluates and procures new adaptive technologies to ensure information and computing systems remain accessible.
