Senior Coordinator of Information Technology Client Relations District Service Center
Develops, implements, and leads the district’s information technology relationship management activities in support of its administrative and instructional processes. Coordinates information development and dissemination through available media, methods, and channels such as print, e-mail, and web technologies. Manages the handling of escalated customer issues relating to technology and its application to the activities of the district. Facilitates communication, cooperation, and customer service provided to technology clientele. Develops strategies for improving customer services relating to technology services. Maintains advanced working knowledge of District's organizational structure, functions, policies and procedures relating to technology. Exercises a high degree of independent judgment, tact, and discretion. Serves as the content gatherer and coordinator of the District Information Technology Support & Information Intranet site.
Program Services Coordinator - Extern Coordination Richland
A senior (lead) level position responsible for providing professional case management services for a specific student population (e.g. adult students, single parents, gender related, TRIO, Upward Bound, Life Transitions, Dual Credit, etc.) Responsible for coordinating and providing specific services provided by the department to meet the needs of the specific student population served (e.g. advising, enrollment, book loans, child care vouchers, tutoring, etc.). Develops and coordinates programs involving recruitment, enrollment, and advising/course planning. Establishes and maintains partnerships with students and service providers for educational, career, and related program and service needs.

Tutor III Eastfield – Pleasant Grove
Provides advanced individual and group tutoring services in an open lab and/or one-on-one setting in support of advanced instructional programs. Participates in training and evaluating other tutors and assists in the creation of tutoring resources and materials as required. Subjects are: Reading/Writing, Math, and Science/Math combined a plus.

Responsible for the creation of special educational opportunities designed to attract specific populations such as senior citizens, youth, etc. Programs may be credit, non-credit or continuing education. This position is funded by grant dollars. Continuation of this position is contingent on future grant funding becoming available.

Responsible to perform a variety of research and analyses work in support of college planning, budgeting, program evaluation, student retention and enrollment data, etc. Performs technical and analytical tasks with particular emphasis on the collection, interpretation, reporting, aggregation and evaluation of data.
Landscape Services Technician lll Cedar Valley
An advanced level of work which maintains landscape, hand powered tools and equipment. Performs a variety of tasks such as planting, trimming, sod laying, watering, and mowing in order to maintain and upkeep areas around college buildings, facilities and maintains landscaping equipment.
