An entry level position responsible for providing career center information and related services. Advise and assist students, faculty, employers and community members with career services opportunities. This position is a hybrid of career development and administrative support. The position will serve as a front facing role that serves as the first person individuals will interact with when working with the Office of Student Engagement and Retention. This includes interacting with students, faculty, staff, and community members in person as well as over the phone. The position will also directly focus on career service support and development of programs, processes, and data collection. Duties include but are not limited to connecting individuals to potential jobs, campus programming, general office administrative roles, and performing other tasks as assigned. The position will have some budgetary responsibilities in working with office budgets and grants. We are looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, ability to multitask, and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in administrative work, career development, and/or working with budgets is preferred. Strong customer service, writing and oral communication, proficiency in social media and Microsoft office, and organizational skills is also preferred.

Experience in campus programming and/or student organizations is preferred. This position includes but is not limited to working directly with students, staff, and faculty to deliver support in programming, student organizations, and office operations. This position is a front facing role with student engagement that will directly impact the campus culture of Eastfield College, therefore a positive attitude, ability to multitask, and strong interpersonal skills are necessary. We are also looking for an individual who is proficient with Microsoft office, social media while also possessing strong organization skills and written/oral communication.
Library and Testing Center Specialist (Pleasant Grove) Eastfield – Pleasant Grove
A blended position that provides assistance within both the testing center and library circulation centers of the college community campus. Assists in checking-in and checking-out print and non-print materials. Prepares print and non-print material for filing and/or binding.
Tutor III Eastfield
Provides advanced individual and group tutoring services in an open lab and/or one-on-one setting in support of advanced instructional programs. Participates in training and evaluating other tutors and assists in the creation of tutoring resources and materials as required.
